But This is good practise. You should use bellow code. For i as Integer = 1 To 10 Response.Write(DateTime.Now.ToString) Next The compiler default is Option Explicit On if you do not specify Option Explicit in your code. Add this at the top of your ASP page and you'll get an error: Code: <% Option Explicit %> In .NET, Option Explicit is on by default, unless you turn it off project wide in visual studio or on a per-page basis.
