are coming up with the following error in the Application wsus selfupdate folder event log:Event Type: ErrorEvent Source: Windows Server Update ServicesEvent Category: ClientsEvent ID: 13042User: N/AComputer: WSUS01Description: Self-update
Self Update Is Not Working Windows 2008 R2
is not working.To fix the issue, follow these steps:Open IIS Manager and ensure there is a Selfupdate virtual directory in the Default Web Site. If not, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2000598 create it with the Local Path pointing to C:\Program Files\Update Services\SelfupdateClick the Directory Security tab and ensure that Anonymous Access is allowedRestart IISVerify that the problem is fixed by running the following command at the command prompt:C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools\wsusutil.exe checkhealthThen examine the Application event log for the following event:

This always happens anonymously over port 80, even if WSUS is configured to use a custom port, such as port 8530. I have MS Exchange 2007 running on that server. SharePoint is not installed on it. I looked a lot is not for solution everywhere , including this forum but could not find a solution. Any help is greatly appreciated !
