Perhaps caching it first may succeed. Do you have both procotl and Site&Contnet rules allowing the access? The log shows it as an aonymous conenction attempt. Try creating a destination set with *.websense.com and then create a S&C rule allowing anonymous access to that destination set (So long as you DONT have "askunauthenticated users..." turned on) Also esure that the machine where the request is coming from has uninhibited access to the http protocol.
