Isa Error 1460 Timeout

Windows Server 2008 R2 running under Hyper-V. TMG running version 7.0.9193.500. Clients are having problems with 1460 Gateway timeout when accessing certain sites. Issue is occuring whether they are running the Web Proxy Client or through a Firewall Rule without the Client. One site having the problem is http://www.gotomeeting.com I have another site using TMG as well with the same revision that is not having this problem. Here is the kicker. A client machine with the Web Proxy Client installed cannot access gotomeeting.com by going through TMG at site A however if I switch the web proxy client to use Site B's TMG server instead it connects no problems. As usual, any help is greatly appreciated. The only difference betwen configs is that one is running on Hyper-V and the other is a physical server. I have Turned off HTTPS Inspection, Web Caching, HTTP Compression, created special rules for the sites and nothing is allowing it to go through. I have rebooted the VM running TMG, I have rebooted the Cable Modem attached. I have already put about 8 hours into this and have no resolution. Also, if I do a web search for gotomeeting and click on one of the links that is not directly to http://www.gotomeeting.com then it connects. Also fails when run directly on TMG server as well. I have tried changing the DNS on TMG to the DNS at the alternate site and still fails. Full Error: Error Code 1460: Timeout Background: The gateway could not recieve a timely response from the webstie you are trying to access, a DNS server, or another gateway server. One of the servers on the network has EasyPHP installed. That particular server has both internal and external IP address on it. From time to https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/23237312/receive-error-code-1460-Source-Firewall-on-ISA-2004.html time we need to generate a report and what we do, is, type in the external IP of the server with the path to the file and that launches the page that will allow us to select options for the report query. All together 6 different fields with various options. I tried to sibmit a report with very few options selected, then it works, however larger reports take a little while and then times out with the following message: Error code 1460: Timeout Background: The gateway could not receive a timely response from the website you are trying to access, a DNS server, or another gateway server.
