Sometime it works fine but sometimes it gives error. I can see a missing file problem, or wrong filename problem, and I can see a failure to start slapd. I don't know what the point of running slapadd on an empty file is. I also see a mixture of static (-f slapd.conf) and dynamic (olcConfigFile) configuration. This question doesn't make a lot of sense.
