What's happened is the power failure has corrupted the memory stick. Go to one of the download memory stick error sites like MajorGeeks or FileHippo and look for a program which can rescue digital pictures from memory. Alternatively if your computer has a slot for Sony memory sticks (or buy a USB memory card reader) insert the problem stick and try the normal Windows disk tools by selecting the stick in My Computer and right clicking on it and selecting Properties, Tools, Disk Check. If that doesn't help you may have to format the stick and lose the pictures. In Windows when doing so do not select NTFS as the way of formatting. It is possible that the problem is in the camera, that the cable connector of the card reader is not making proper connection. It is also possible that the card reader itself not making proper contact with the card. One of the tings that you can do is to take a pencil eraser and rub it on the gold contacts on the memory stick. Do this until you get all the gold contacts nice and clean. Put the stick in the camera, switch to 'Setup', then turn the camera on. The 'C:13:01' error should automatically disappear.
