Error Message status code 219:Storage unit is not defined in EMM. Cause Backup policy is using the schedule setting for 'override policy storage selection'. The storage unit specified no longer exists. Solution Corrected the storage unit specified https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000083055 in the 'override policy storage selection'. Note that restarting the failed job from activity monitor will still fail with the same error as the failed backup will still use the old policy configuration, therefore you need to start a new backup job from Policies -> Manual Backup. The backup schedule runs smoothly from sun servers. But when there is a schedule starts to a storage say Netapp it imme gives aerror msg as above. as i checked in the solutions they said the storage uni may be down .and it was don when i manually try to make it up it doent come up.The status of the drive is always down.
