Richard is online now Error codes: -6000, -80 and -6000, -77 Resolved Question: Help. We set up Quickbooks in multi-user mode with the multiple QB company files on a server. Now, we continue to receive error codes each time we attempt to change to a different company. The error code is: (-6000, -80). After the first error, we continue and open the Company file (Dana) and run reports. Opened the next company file (Repo) and ran reports, opened the third company file (Wind) and ran reports, all successfully. Then, when opening the 4th company file, the same (-6000, -80) error pops up saying that QB encountered a problem. When opening a 5th company file (BRD) a message pops up with error codes (-6000, -77). It seems it is a hit and miss as we can traverse thru multiple company files just fine for a couple hours, but then an error pops up. Submitted: 4 years ago.
