It will ask you for your product and version. If not, click "choose a different product" to select your specific version. Instead of clicking the Update button, please click on Manual updates below then run qbwebpatch.exe Once it's done, open QuickBooks and press F2 to check if you're on latest update. There is a reboot file you can run as the quickest way to try to fix the error.
