Quickbooks Error 47121
email the invoice to the customer only to have QBooks "jump" to the next "Blank" Invoice. AND it reports "Please complete transaction before sending" Then after clicking the "Okay" button another window comes up reporting "Another user has made changes to this invoice or a transaction that is linked to it. QuickBooks will refresh data for this invoice" - Which the invoice can be found under customer details, complete but not sent via email. This problem happens mostly while email and printing the invoice and two customers appear to be most problematic. Other error reports we get during these failed transactions are: 1) Total QBooks crashes multiple times on two out of four computers with out error reports. 2) Error 6190 - 816 3) Error 3322 4) Error Code 00000 47121 (multiple times on two computers - sometimes it reports "Connection to Company File Lost") Comment Asked by Eli_Fatz QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Standard Options Edit Ask for details Archive hide info × Close Why do you want to report this? Same problem of invoice "jumping" and email "jumping". Now no error codes of any kind, just the crashing of Quickbooks. The pinpointed problem is the two customer files and it appears that only two customer files causes it to crash. This happens daily and usually while at peak hours of performance. client who's Quickbooks suddenly stopped working properly. When the program would start to open there was an error thrown. "We apologize for the inconvenience. Please help the QuickBooks team eliminate this issue by providing us with the following information." This was solved by repairing the program. I went into add/remove programs. Selected Quickbooks and clicked uninstall. Through this process I was given the choice to repair. When the repair process was finished the program ran normally. I hope this helps someone else out there. This entry was posted in Quick Books, Tech Support.
