I want to setup the Sync Manager with my company file. I get through the first 3 steps, but then when it asks which apps do I want to sync, I can see the two Apps I use, but after I click next it IMMEDIATELY turns to an error screen "SERVER ERROR - 500 - internal server error."I am using Windows XP Pro SP3I have:-cleared the sync settings-restarted the sync program under its file location-updated quickbooks-RE-updated quickbooks-Checked firewall settings-turned off my firewall to see if there was any change-even tried in safe mode and i got the same error which leads me to think its something within quickbooks, and not a service running or not running.When I right click on the sync manager in the task manager by the clock, it open the sync manager and it says it's not setup to sync any files. I do not have other machine, this is a single user machine.
