Did not find the files in the virus vault, added patch, still getting an error message. What do I do? I am trying to log in to Quickbooks Pro2015. I had no problems with it yesterday, but today I received an error message (-6094, 0). The box that popped up with the error message had a link to an article. I clicked the link and followed the instructions for checking the AVG virus vault, there were no files from QB in the virus vault. I added patch C:\ProgramFiles\Intuit in Resident Shield. I restarted the computer. I am still getting the error message. Can anyone help sort this out?
