Edition stopped working. When I log into Windows as the Administrator, and I then start QB 2010, I get a message to the effect of there is a problem using QB database service in quickbooks error 3 0 multi-user mode. I am asked if I want to fix this and I say quickbooks error 6177 0 cannot use the path yes. I then get an error code (-6174,0). We still cannot start Quickbooks at this point. What is the likely quickbooks -6123,0 error cause and fix? Our configuration is that everyone logs into a single server using Microsoft Terminal Services. the Quickbooks database service play for a terminal services installation. Something strange I noticed in our Windows Services list: The QuickbooksDB17 service is installed and set to Automatic. The QuickbooksDB20 service appears to be installed to Manual setting. Why would the later version be set on Manual? Is this something I should attempt to change?
