Intuit is very unhelpful, unless you upgrade and pay more, it seems like they built the software so that you would need to keep being upsold. Anyway, our version 8.0 has been working great for month, we we told it expired today so we registered it again and now it is locking us out and saying the company file cant be found. Is this a software issue or something on our server. We have 2 IT guys but neither of them are available, please help! Sorry to hear of that. Those errors, especially the -6150 one, indicate data damage that is quite severe. Your best bet would be to restore your last good backup. If you don't have a real recent backup, another alternative would be to send us your latest backup -- whatever it is -- and your current TLG file, and we could update the backup from the TLG file to bring your backup up to current. Contact me if you want more details about that. __________________ Shannon Tucker 719.395.8750 email: tucker at accountingusers.com Shannon Tucker View Public Profile Visit Shannon Tucker's homepage!
