Restoring the quickbooks file doctor backup is resulting in the same error message. What can I do to log into my company file? Nor am I able to set-up a new company. It comes up with error code (-6210, 0). Went to the fix errors site in QB. Installed the QB Connection Diagnostic tool. Did not help. Went to Firewall and Security page and then I am stuck. Did it ever work? Or is this a new error? Maybe re-installing it will help. You mention using the network diagnostic tool - are quickbooks error 6210 you doing all this over a network?
