Apparently there's some AP and AP controller which send "reset" signal to client and server side. Had to burn 12031 error_internet_connection_reset a MS support call for this :( Marked as answer by Terence YuModerator Thursday, June 02, 2011 1:16 AM Thursday, June 02, 2011 1:14 AM Reply | Quote All replies 0 Sign in to vote Have you implemented Windows network or hardware load balancing? If not, it's required. If so, then it sounds like it's misbehaving.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." It is the easiest way to check the issue. If you can’t ping FQDN, it is network error. You should check load balance and other relevant network configuration. Please pay attention to network firewall. If you can ping it many times without any drop packet, it will be IIS or owa error. You should check whether owa gets enough memory. Can you see any error in event view? Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actuall

The problem occurs when the user changes a value in a dropdown list that is withing an UpdatePanel. I'm not sure how to even attack this problem, google results were not very helpful. Is there some setting in IE that could be causing this or something else that I can try? Thanks in advance. Reply DisturbedBud... I have tried from Outlook Web Access, after writing the email i hit the send button. Then shows me a message that says "Sending...", after a while shows me the following error "Microsoft Exchange issued an unexpected response (12031)", and does not send the mail. If i go to the light Outlook webacces, i can send the emails without any trouble. Ok then, i tried to configure outlook to receive exchange mail, everything looks normal, i receive all my mails, but when i try to send any mail, it keeps telling me that outlook is not connected and needs to have connection and is not sending anything. Any help would be appreciated for both cases, OWA and normal Outlook.
