I checked the Xbox website for some help and found the list of usable formats, or which one is MPEG2 (which this file is) which is making me think could it be the codec I've used to rip the file in the first place? The strange thing is if I use WMC with the Xbox ps3 media server as an extender, the file works, it just takes a little longer to start up. I could continue using WMC but it is a bit fiddly and I prefer using the folder under the Video tab on the Xbox as its quicker. Any help/advice would be great bluechang View Public Profile Find More Posts by bluechang Please sign in or register to remove this advertisement. 16-09-2010, 09:00 #2 tysonstorm Inactive Member Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Mount Olympus aka Sunderland Posts: 23,413 Has the file in question been moved to a different folder recently? Make sure the file is in the folder that TVersity searches when it's booted up and then refresh the library. Give it a few mins then try again. Alternatively try the PS3 Media Server. I found that to play videos much better than Tversity on my 360. If that doesn't work I would rencoded it to .mp4 format. tysonstorm View Public Profile Visit tysonstorm's homepage!
