Onenote Not Syncing On Ipad
decided to tidy up what I thought were redundant onenote files in Onedrive but now cannot sync my desktop onenote not syncing android to Onenote. I get these messages in Notebook sync status: "We can't access this section file or the attached file because the file was moved, the file name is invalid, or the http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_onenote-mso_other/onenote-cannot-access-this-section-file-or-the/008b347b-cdee-4285-b244-d5a17be17524 file permissions have been changed. (Error code: 0x2)" "It looks like the notebook folder was deleted, so OneNote can't sync to it. If it becomes available again, OneNote will resume sync. You can also sync it to a new location in Notebook Properties, or close the notebook if you don't need it anymore." I have tried various options (such as file/share and trying to share http://www.msofficeforums.com/onenote/32205-onenote-2016-not-syncing-error-code-0x2.html with Onedrive) but no luck as the Onenote on my desktop already records the link with onedrive. if I paste the URL from each Onenote notebook into the browser (recommended by MS to see of onenote on the web is working) I get this: This item might not exist or is no longer available This item might have been deleted, expired, or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of this item for more information. Everything seems to be working OK on the desktop and it is saving the material in the usual way (and I can back it up). I need only sync "up" to Onenote/Onedrive at present as the desktop is uptodate - how to I make a fresh start with Onenote/Onedrive? many thanks for any suggestions. « Previous Thread | Next Thread » Thread Tools Show Printable Version Display Modes Linear Mode Switch to Hybrid Mode Switch to Threaded Mode Similar Threads Thread Thread Starter Forum Replies Last Post Onenote 2016 desktop not syncing a particular page with onenote online Akash OneNote 0 07-07-2016 11:16 AM OneNote 2010 Syncing Error nanders8 OneNote 0 03-11-2015

I checked the Onenote server and the page reports it is fine. I am completely dumbfounded and worried. The OneNote settings then appear at the right, and are as follows: Sync on Wi-Fi Only: If you have a limited amount of data to work with, you'll probably want to toggle this item to On so that you don't wind up going over your data limits. Reset Application: If you have sync or other errors that don't fix themselves by restarting OneNote, toggle to On and then restart OneNote to reset the app. You'll have to sign in to the app; this option automatically toggles itself to Off.
