Just unzip the first into that same folder; the rest should follow by lead. If this doesn't work try the same process with winrar (which you should be able to find on this site). 14th-March-201215:41 #3 Duramis View Profile View Forum Posts View Blog Entries Join Date Apr 2011 Posts 11 Thanks 6 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts yeah all my files are in the same folder but whenever i tried unzipping the first file, it just gives me the unspecified error 14th-March-201216:44 #4 Bennieboi20 View Profile View Forum Posts View Blog Entries Jimmy Savile's Apprentice Join Date Dec 2010 Location Right Behind You Po

Detailed description: 1. I downloaded 7z432.exe from www.7-zip.org site 2. I installed it on "c:\Program files\7-Zip" directory. 3. I downloaded 7z432_extra.tar.bz2. 4. I unpacked the *.bz2 and then unpack *.tar file into "c:\Program files\7-Zip" directory. 5. I copy/paste the "Config file Examples" code into Notepad. 6. I changed two lines to became: BeginPrompt="Do you want to install my program" RunProgram="setup.bat" Note: setup.bat is file which must be executed after unpacking the self-extracting file. 7. In Notepad I did File | Save As and typed in File name: config.txt and selected Encoding: UTF-8 8. I saved config.txt file into "c:\Program files\Z-Zip" directory. 9. I packed the files into archive.7z file and copied the file into "c:\Program files\7-Zip" directory. 10. I opened the Command Window and moved to "c:\Program files\7-Zip" directory with 'cd' command. 11. I executed the following command: copy /b 7zS.sfx + config.txt + archive.7z archive.exe 12. Archive.exe file was created. 13. I Windows Explorer I doulble clicked on archive.exe file. 14. I got message: "Do you want to install my program". 15. I pressed the Yes button and got error: "7-Zip: Unspecified error". So Self-extracting file is broken. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug in SFX moduel.
