autumn.wind Guest I am getting the error message: Login failed. You must logon to Microsoft Exchange to access your address book. Error code: "Unspecified error." when trying to access my address book in Microsoft Word at work. We do not mapi failure unspecified error have Exchange and it is a brand new computer. IBM NetVista using Microsoft XP Professional. Any ideas?

I've tried the Mail Merge but that didn't do anything except create a bunch of envelopes with only first names. Please help as i don't relish the thought of entering an address every time I print an evelope. If someone can tell me or alamal how to address an envelope from Works Address Book, I certainly will be grateful. I have spent endless hours ploughing through Microsoft Tips, Forums etc. etc. and still feel that it is not possible now as it used to be with '98 versions.
