Loyal Member Joined: Oct 13, 2010 For some reason I am unable to update my EmuNand. I did all the steps correctly and it says GW3D X.XX firmware. I set up my internet connection successfully but when I scroll over an error has occurred unable to update emunand to system update then click accept it starts to attempt to download the update then says emunand an error has occurred an error occurred and restarts my system. Anybody know how to fix this problem or why it is happening? shawn232, Dec 2,

more times to update. It will work eventually. joedogg, Dec 2, 2013 #2 27 1 0 shawn232 Loyal Member Joined: Oct 13, 2010 How many times did it take for you? I keep trying it over and over always getting the same result "An error has occurred. Unable to update. The system will now be restarted" shawn232, Dec 2, 2013 #3 400 42 0 joedogg Loyal Member Joined: Nov 3, 2013 It took me 3ds sysupdater 4 tries. Make sure your wifi is strong and max out bar. I didn't take a risk and stayed close to the wifi source. joedogg, Dec 2, 2013 #4 27 1 0 shawn232 Loyal Member Joined: Oct 13, 2010 It doesn't seem to matter how many times I try I always end up with the same error.. I've tried redoing all the install steps as well. I've tried it standing by my router even attempted on a different internet connection. Did you do anything special? shawn232, Dec 2, 2013 #5 1,423 122 63 powertome Staff Member Clean-Up Crew Joined: Oct 13, 2013 Sometimes the internet will bug on Emunand. My problem was that Youtube wouldnt download. That was fixed with 4 tries. Keep on attempting, and make sure you installed Gateway correctly. powertome, Dec 2, 2013 #6 400 42 0 joedogg Loyal Member Joined: Nov 3, 2013 I didn't do anything special. Also make sure no one is using wifi when you update. Keep on trying. GW is buggy and not perfect hence beta. joedogg, Dec 2, 2013 #7 27 1 0 shawn232 Loyal Member Joined: Oct 13, 2010 Alright I'll keep trying. Thanks for the replies. Hopefully it will end up working if not then I'm sure it will work come final release. shawn232, Dec 2, 2013 #8 24 0 0 ke

The system will now be restarted." https://gbatemp.net/threads/cant-update-emunand-gateway-3ds.358915/ and then it restarts and I enter gateway mode again and try again and it doesn't work.. I know my wifi settings are 100% correct, so what gives? it tries to update for about 5-10 seconds before giving the error. I've also tried reformatting the emunand and that didn't help, i've tried starting over from the beginning of all the steps that didn't help, reinstalling gateway etc etc.. Please help, I want to manage to get this working before the new update! (3DS XL) Thanks in advance! Edit: and as a side question, should I set my wifi settings in emuNAND mode or in normal ds mode? zsakul2, Dec 9, 2013 Top #1 Global Moderator Cyan GBATemp's lurking knight Joined: Oct 27, 2002 Messages: 15,721 Featured Posts: 3 Location: Engine room, learning Country: You need to be on 4.5.0 to update EmuNAND. 4.1 to 4.5 are the version working with the exploit, but only 4.5 is compatible with all features. Edit: Looks like it's not a correct information. Don't follow it Cyan, Dec 9, 2013 Top #2 This message

that the request timed out. If you get one while updating Craft, it probably means that the Craft update process took longer than your web server is configured to allow PHP scripts to run (usually 30seconds).Craft tries to prevent these errors by calling set_time_limit(0);, but that’s not always reliable due to conflicting Apache/Nginx configuration settings, or because PHP is being run throughFastCGI.If you’re getting 504 error when updating Craft, you can try setting the backupDbOnUpdate config setting to false, and start backing up manuallyinstead. If you’re still having trouble, try contacting your host and see if there’s anything you can do to increase your server’s allowed executiontime.AboutFeaturesPricingNewsChangelogBrand AssetsLicense AgreementLearnDemoDocumentationMijingo coursesEnvato Tuts+ coursesStraight Up CraftCraft CookbookServicesCustomer SupportCraft ServicesCommunitySlackTwitterFacebookStack ExchangeFeedbackNewsletter © Pixel & Tonic, Inc.Hosted with Arcustech
