I have tried updating windows & it keeps giving error message 9C48. This update is for IE9. I am update error using WINDOWS 7, 64-bit HOME. I have tried using Tuneup Utilities 2012, going to Programms>accessories>run>windows module & putting it in manual. cleaning registry. I then tried unistalling IE9 but it says it cannot & there is an error. Plus for about 2 weeks now, everytime I am turning off my laptop, it windows update error says Updates are being done & don't unplug etc & it turns off by itself at the end & nothing happens. ANy suggestions please? Please note I am dumb when it comes to computers so please PLAIN ENGLISH!! & SIMPLE instructions!! ;) Thank you in advance.
