vote I keep receiving this error message "The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction" when I try to install Visual SourceSafe 6.0. I couldn't find any information about how to fix this problem. All I can find on the Internet is "16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem MS-DOS Prompt - ntdetect The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction." No more details.
