Everything went fine, without any errors. However, when calling the site locally then (I configured database and users) the in the headline mentioned error message appears. Frankly speaking, from the documentatiuon I read I understood not very much, only it seems that there are some file missing on my system. I though everything is delivered with XAMPP? I hope you can give me right kick... :-) I tried with different (older) versions of XAMPP, but the same. Does it have to do with my sytem Windows 8.1 64-bit?
