I have open a support ticket to my host technical support. In this time my assume is mysqli.dll does not load automatically. I am still waiting their responses. Can you tell me, how to check if those modules are loaded (not being commented) in my server. I have upload my apps just an hour ago. Is that possible that mysqli.dll is commented in php.ini file? narfbg commented Jul 29, 2014 @mediasaranainformatika GitHub is not the appropriate place to ask such questions. Unless you have a genuine bug in CodeIgniter to report, please ask your questions either via our forums or a site like stackoverflow.com. @avizium There is no mysql_init() function and it has never existed. Also, please don't recommend usage of the 'mysql_' functions (they are officially deprecated in PHP itself), nor modification of the CI code. narfbg closed this Jul 29, 2014 Qnatz commented Oct 20, 2015 Hey narfbg; mysqli_init() is in system\database\drivers\mysqli\mysqli_driver.php on line 125 and this is su

The stupid book I'm learning php/mysql with, erroneously wrote mysqli() as it is a function! But its not, its a class! And I had to crawl tons of webpages to understand it. The result: Solved it with adding a "new" to the line that instantiates a mysqli object. ____________________ooOOoo____________________ GREETINGS FROM ISTANBUL ____________________ooOOoo____________________ http://www.tourguideinis
