How To Fix The Php Fatal Error Call To Undefined Function Get_header() Error In Wordpress
ToolsVersion:6.x-2.x-devComponent:MiscellaneousPriority:CriticalCategory:Support requestAssigned:twomReporter:wackyorbCreated:April 28, 2011 - 15:05Updated:October 23, 2012 - 21:59 Log in or fatal error call to undefined function wordpress register to update this issue First I installed 6.x-2.2 got this: Fatal error: Call to undefined function url() in call to undefined function get_header() in index.php on line 14 /home/content/02/7350302/html/sites/all/modules/mobile_tools/mobile_tools.module on line 531 Then I deleted the MT module files and everything still seemed to be back to normal. I read that the 6.x-2.x-dev had some improvements so I installed https://community.hpe.com/t5/System-Administration/Fatal-error-Call-to-undefined-function-check-php-version/td-p/3881306 it. It resulted in this: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mobile_tools_menu_link_to_arg() in /home/content/02/7350302/html/includes/menu.inc on line 606 I deleted the MT module files. Now I get that second error message with every page request on the site. How can I clean up to avoid this error? Comments Comment #1 ryrye CreditAttribution: ryrye commented May 4, 2011 at 11:09am I came across this same https://www.drupal.org/node/1141358 problem and fixed it by doing this: -Add this line to any enabled module: mobile_tools_menu_link_to_arg() {} This just defines the function (that does nothing) so that you can load a page again. -Flush the caches -Remove that line Should be good! Log in or register to post comments Comment #3 ryrye CreditAttribution: ryrye commented May 5, 2011 at 1:17pm Yes, that's right. I don't know specifically what is going on, but broadly: menu.inc is trying to call mobile_tools_menu_link_to_arg(), however when you changed versions of the module, the function no longer exists and menu.inc is still trying to call it based on some value in the cache somewhere. By giving it a fake function, you can get past the error, and flush the cache so that menu.inc stops trying to call that function. Then you can remove the fake function after.
