If the function is undefined then it would probably be a problem with the way your XML module is installed. Drupal doesn't really have any way of hiding PHP modules as far as I'm aware. Ah, I have fixed this thanks to this post http://svn.gregarius.net/trac/ticket/333 Installed the php4-xml port (I'm on FreeBSD) and restarted apache. To see if this is installed, type "php -m | grep xml" at the command line. If nothing shows up, install the php4-XML package. Of course, I can avoid this error by disconnecting the HTML Checker ($use_html_checker = 0; in conf/_formatting.php), but it's not recommended as I can see. Any hint ?
