Stuck on apple logo screen for hours. This morning I was prompted to update my iphone software to IOS 6. After letting it download, I then found my phone stuck on a screen with an image of iTunes and a usb connector cord. So I plugged it into my computer, where it said it that iTunes was downloading IOS6 for my phone. After waiting 25 minutes for it to download, I got an error message saying that my phone could not be restored, error 3164 I believe. So I did all the steps listed online (restarted the computer, tried restarting my iphone, checking for itunes software updates, etc.) but it still says that my iphone cant be restored. And now when I plug it into the computer, iTunes doesn't even recognize that anything is plugged in. The phone screen is stuck on the apple logo, restarting doesn't work, and its been stuck like this for almost 4 hours. Whenever I select a product from the ProductName combo box, the message box, "Field cannot be updated" appears.
