The infinity dealer offered to send it in for refurbishment for between $1100 and $1800 including labor to remove and reinstall. I like CDs but not that much. A bit of Google work and I found a place that fixes all kinds of car stereo problems and they had a page just for Infinity problems. Apparently, this is not an unusual problem in '03 through '05 G35s. They do work for dealers, insurance companies, and individuals. On the way down, I had the CD player with 6 of my favorites disks. I try to go from disk 4 to disk 6. The player starts hunting for #6. It can't find it. bose cd player Then, up comes the error: "CD ERR FO" No matter what I tried, the player won't release the disks. They're stuck in the player. As a point of reference, the player has approximately 10 hours of usage. I call Infiniti service. They tell me that its the 1st one they've heard about on the coupe, although they've had 8 out of 200 sedans showing a similar problem. I'm told it will take 6 weeks to get a replacement. The dealer cannot get the CD's out. It must be returned to Bose for this to happen. Service guy told me that they aren't sure what is causing the problem on these units, but assured me that Bose is looking into it. It hasn't happened to me yet, but if it does, I will be very very angry. ps. I never listen to tapes or radio. CD is all I got, and I need to have music when

I've owned my '03 coupe, with an extended warranty, for a month now. The changer worked for a few weeks but I started getting the CD ERR F3 last week. I haven't used any home labeled cdr's and my cd's were not stuck, but the changer hummed and hunted before displaying the error. Now the good news. This morning I accidently held the eject button a little longer than normal. The display read "All Eject", which ejected my 3 discs in sequence. I reinserted the CDs and they both work. My buddy says this post may end up pissing off a bunch of dealers who were charging $600-$2400 to simply push the eject button. I don't know how long it will work. I don't know if it will resolve the CD ERR F0. Since I didn't see any other post mention the ALL EJECT feature, I figured it was worth mentioning. Let me know if it works for you. Good luck and tell a friend. I think I'll get this up in the sticky area - this is a great little post!
