It brought this up for EVERY one of my CDs last night, and only a couple are marked enough to cause what may be a fault with the CD-R and not the HU. Anyone with a Kenny ever had this error and what did they do about it? I don't wanna look like a muppet and take it back without https://www.talkstuff.net/ipb/index.php/topic/90170-kenwood-mp3-hu-whats-a-toc-error/ a genuine reason. My car is a 2005 and about a month ago, I noticed my MP3 cd's were not playing when I first crank up and drive. I get a TOC error on the screen. Now, the same disc played the day before so WTF? Well, I tossed the discs thinking that they were too scratched up or something. Well, I just burnt this current disc 5 days ago and it has NOT moved from the Kenwood H/U and this morning I got the same TOC error. After about 12-15 times of ejecting and re-inserting the disc, it finally started to play. It's almost like the h/u wasn't "warmed up" yet or something. Anyone got a clue?
