Launcher froze every time I tried. Uninstalled the game via the launcher, then the launcher. Reinstalled launcher. Now, every time I try to install Horizons (64 bit), I get the "Manifest checksum error". Sometimes the launcher will start downloading, albeit at zero mbit speed, checksum error six and finally quit with a "network timeout" error. I have given my machine a static IP, have deactivated all anti-virus software (just to try), have deleted ALL folders even remotely connected to FD/ED before trying to reinstall - no joy. I am at my wits end, does anyone have an idea? Could it simply be that zaonce.net has died or something? 05/01/2016,3:52 PM #2 QA-Jonny View Profile View Forum Posts Frontier QA Team Hey Jonono, if you are still experiencing this issue please fill out this technical support form as they can resolve this for you. https://support.elitedangerous.com/open.php?topic=60 PC & Mac - Known Issues Thread Xbox One - Known Issues Thread 06/01/2016,5:07 PM #3 Jonono View Profile View Forum Posts Mostly Harmless Hey QA, thanks for the reply. I have already opened a ticket with Frontier last Saturday and have posted all specific information here: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=205905 I am more and more convinced that it's a server issue - I was able to play Horizons this morning for an hour after I had the download running for THREE DAYS (and there is nothing wrong with my connection or my router), and then, after one hour of playing: update. Obviously, this causes a lot of traffic. Result for me: I can't log on when playing E 64 bit (which worked at least yesterday and today), and the upgrade download for Horizon got stuck at 99 per cent, and now it won't even d
