About 1 in 5 attempts to start an application works, the other attempts get said error. We use XenApp 5 FP3 on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise x86 SP2. We have an CAG Standard Edtion 4.6.3 Build 08.00 and WI 5.3.0.34.As stated in the Citrix eDocs I made a separate XenApp Services Site for mobile devices. It uses Gateway Direct access method. Also I've checked the 'Use SSL/TLS for communication between plug-ins and the site' option (under Server Settings). With this option unchecked we've got the same errors and only 1 in 5 attempts to start an application works. On the Android receiver side the config is as follows:Address: https://FQDN/Citrix/Mobile/config.xmlUsername: AD UsernamePassword: AD passwordDomain: AD domainUse Citrix Access Gateway checkedGateway type: Standard EditionGateway Authentication: No AuthenticationWe have a Globalsign SSL certificate for our FQDN on the CAG.Our web users can connect fine without any errors. It seems that this issue manifest itself only on Android Receivers. On Android the receiver connects list all available applications on the XenApp farm, but only 1 in 5 attempts to star

When I launch a published application or desktop, I get this error:SSL/TLS error:You have not chosen to trust "VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA - G3", the issuer of the server's secrity certificate. This is a cert that we push out to all servers by default. Maybe Android doesn't trust VeriSign by default? Do I need to install a cert on the device or use a different cert on the web server?I tried to export this cert from the web server, but it only exports as CER, which Android can't read. Any advice p

Now I get the dreaded TLS/SSL error. We use a Verisign class 3 G5 root cert. Revert back to 2.2 Froyo, and the error goes away. Other apps, citrix receiver ssl like Touchdown, allow you to trust certificates. Shouldn't Citrix update the receiver app and provide the same option?Edited by: John Touma on Mar 6, 2011 10:38 AM 1269-283043-1536354 Back to top Dan Murray Members #2 Dan Murray 154 posts Posted 01 March 2011 - 06:47 PM More often than not, it's the underlying OS that handles the certificate trusts. This sounds very similar to the issue I ran into with my GeoTrust certificates. I had to install a Cross Root CA certificate (which essentially says Geotrust = Equifax, and Equifax ARE trusted). 1269-283043-1536613 Back to top John Touma Members #3 John Touma 5 posts Posted 06 March 2011 - 03:37 PM Well, it turns out they just posted an updated Citrix Receiver in the marketplace. Version 2.0.1063 fixes the TLS/SSL error I was getting with Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread). So the mystery remains - was it the Android OS or the Citrix Receiver that was causing the issue? Either way, I am much happier and so are all my company's Nexus One and Nexus S customers ! 1269-283043-1537760 Back to top DANIEL BINDER Members #4 DANIEL BINDER 8 posts Posted 04 May 2011 - 04:08 PM Dan,Is there a good g
