One under current_user and one under another, maybe Local_user. A registry search will find both. I uninstalled the citrix program deleted the directory under program file then went to the registry and deleted the two highlevel entries "Citrix". Reinstalled and all was good. number 2320 No value could be found by Nik · Published October 18, 2012 · Updated February 16, 2015 I have received the following error on my Citrix Receiver when I tried to run the published application: Error number 2320, Citrix Receiver Configuration Manager: No value could be found for (AllowHotkey) that satisfies all lockdown requirements. The lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting. Citrix Receiver was normally working, so I can't tell what has caused this behaviour. I have tried to shutdown Citrix Receiver on my client machine and shutdown all other active Receiver processes, but without luck. To solve this error a small registry change needs to be done. Open registry editor from the Run prompt (regedit.msc) Navigate to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions In the right pane double click on the EnableLockdown key and modify value from 1 to 0 Close registry editor and try to start published application on Citrix.
