Contact your help desk with the following information. Can not connect to the Citrix XenApp server. SSL error 37: The proxy could not connect to; 10;STA690B735BBA81;0213E2E89BDC5F469CECA76342FB2978 port 1494".As per my understanding this error message related to Citrix Access Gateway which is blocking the incoming connection. Post authentication, I get error SSL 37, http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/373489-ssl-error-37-the-proxy-could-not-connect-to-port-1494/ proxy could not connect to port 1494 with STA value. This is our setup 1.CAGs in DMZ (load-balanced via F5)---> Web servers in LAN. 2. Internal users are able to access application hosted on the new cloud server without any issues 3. Authentication happens at web interface, CAG forwards to web interface server 4. Verified ICA access control list & added new Citrix IP ranges in CAG 5. Able to telnet from internal web server to new cloud Citrix server via port 1494. XML port for my xenapp is 8080 which fails. However I don't think that is an issue as authentication works & app launches internally I thought the problem could be the port block between DMZ access gateway server & new Citrix server. So I requested firewall team to open the ports between two CAGs in the DMZ to the new cloud CItrix servers. Source IPs are the two CAG IPs in DMZ. ports are 80,8080,1494,2598. Should the ports be bi-directional? I didn't request for that. Or am I missing something? How can I validate ports between
