connects via WI into our citrix but for some reason , today she cant connect to the published application, she can log in fine but once she hits the published application she get the following error"There are no existing application available for reconnection"I need some help here gurus, don't know where to start lookingI am not a citrix person, it was here when I came in RE: There are no existing aplication available for reconnection rjs (MIS) 17 Nov 09 13:49 "available for reconnection" means it is trying to reconnect to a previously disconnected session. I believe she would have the options to reconnect or logoff. Have her logoff and/or close IE and clear her cache.
