That happens only to one client on my network. I've looked for something on internet that could help me to solve that issue and I found reference to error's 2320 diferent from the mine (allowhotkey). I uninstalled the client and did a restore on my IE8, checked my regedit.exe but the problem persist. Does anyone know how to fix it? couple of cases where the Citrix Receiver 3 client produces the following error when trying to launch a published application: Error number 2320
http://benpiper.com/2011/08/how-to-fix-citrix-receiver-error-2320/ /> Citrix online plug-in Configuration Manager: No value could be found for (ClientHostedApps) that satisfies all lockdown requirements. The lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting. The most salient part of the http://tips4teks.blogspot.com/2012/12/citrix-receiver-configuration-manager.html error message is in between the parenthesis. In the error message above, ClientHostedApps is a registry value that resides in two locations: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions\Lockdown\Virtual Channels\Control (on 64-bit systems: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown citrix receiver Profiles\All Regions\Lockdown\Virtual Channels\Control) and HKCU\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions\Lockdown\Virtual Channels\Control The fix couldn't be simpler. Just delete the value for ClientHostedApps in these locations, refresh your applications in Receiver, and you should be able to launch published applications. Want more Citrix tips and tricks? One under current_user and one under another, maybe Local_user. A registry search will find both. I uninstalled the citrix program deleted the directory under program file then went to the registry and deleted the two highlevel entries "Citrix". Reinstalled and all was good. Good luck to all who encounter this problem. Max says: February 1, 2012 at 6:54 pm Thanks so much Ben and Gunjan POLLY says: January 14, 2012 at 3:11 am BTW, I am using Firefox now. I downloaded the new Internet Explorer and had issues on my old computer, getting into Citrix, so now I am a Firefox fan…. I am assuming the fix works on IE, but I haven't tried it. lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting. Posted by Mr. Hiraldo on 12:09 PM 48 Recently, with all the updates that Citrix has been releasing for their Citrix Receiver, there has been an increased number of errors. One of the most common ones is:Citrix Receiver Configuration Manager: No Value could be found for (AllowHotkey) that satisfies all lockdown requirements. The lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting. (See image below). This error occurs when you launch a Citrix application from the web interface and your settings are not allowing the connection from the client version you have. Don't even try to uninstall and reinstall the Citrix Receiver as it may not fix the issue. As the error says, there's a setting locking down your Receiver and the best way to solve this issue is by disabling the lockdown. On Windows XP/Vista/7 32 Bits Open the Registry Editor (click on the Start Menu - Run - type in regedit.exe and hit OK). Navigate toHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions. Change the DWORD value for EnableLockdown from 1 to 0. Close Registry Editor and try to launch the application again. On Windows XP/Vista/7 64 Bits Open the Registry Editor (click on the Start Menu - Run - type in regedit.exe and hit OK). HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions Change the DWORD value forEnableLockdownfrom 1 to 0. Close Registry Editor and try to launch the application again.
