It may be due to error on my part, I'm not sure. When from either PC, I type (in a DOS command shell window) C:>Telnet "IP address" - I get a "could not openconnection to the host, on port 23: connection failed". If I type C:>Telnet "IP address" 1723 - I get a blank screen with a blinking cursor, like as if it connected but no prompt for login credentials. Eventually, if I type "exit", I get the command prompt back. Any suggestions? Or am I doing something wrong in Telnet?
