for a year now and all has been fine. Last week I upgraded to a faster line (8000/768). After doing some line speeds test with no changes, I called up Comcast. They said that they did not have my modem SN and MAC on file and that was problem. They update their system, I reset modem and rebooted router/CallVantage box and machine just to be safe (BTW

upload is now 700 but download is crappy 2400).I went to Comcast web site and had forgotten my password so reset it. I then went to Eudora to check email and get "Could not connect to mail.comcast.net Cause: connection refused (10061)". I realized that Eudora saves my password so I chose the option to have it forget password and restarted. When Eudora came up, it asked for password, I provided new password, but I continue to get same message. When I try to send email, get the same message except that it's smtp.comcast.net.I went to my router settings and saw that I have it set to use a certain MAC address. It differs from the Modem MAC address so I changed the setting to "Use default MAC address". Restarted router and still no difference.I can ping mail.comcast.net and everything else works fine, just this stupid error in Eudora version 6.2.1.2 Paid (web mail works fine). Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? My only guess is that it thinks that I am not on a Comcast IP address and is thereby prohibiting me from using the mail servers (but that should be SMTP only I would surmise). Thanks, Qui

However, if the user behind the TMG, it will not work. If I misunderstand, please feel free to let us know. You can firstly try to troubleshooting like this: Please confirm if there is any other firewall device or security device blocking the trafficIf you did a replacement of the ISA with the TMG using the same IP addresses, clear the ARP table on the switch In addition, would you please provide whole error information on TMG, like a screenshot.
