Other than a similar name and purpose, the two have nothing in common. For those in my case, you actually have to choose the right protocol (SFTP). So instead of clicking on "Quickconnect", you have to connect through "File >> Site Manager". Follow the instructions from there. Googled the error "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server" and found out that others had similar problems. For me, it was conflicting with my firewall. Disabling it solves and/or adding it to exceptions list.
