Similar to others, I am experiencing TCP problems with a refused connection. The difference would be that the problem I am having is ONLY happening on Internet Explorer connection refused and on any site. I can't access any website via IE because of this, disabling all clients, online gadgets, etc. I've tried re-installing it to no avail. I am currently using Firefox in place of it. Any suggestions?
