Hull Guest Why am I getting this error when I try to log into a client's RWW? I am running ISA 2004 SP2, and I have the ISA Update KB916106 installed as well. I've seen reference to problems with the SP2 update, but I thought they were "fixed" with the KB916106 update. The two sites that I see referenced with this error (delta.com, sun.com) I can browse just fine. What am I missing? Thanks! Chester Chester Hull, Jul 7, 2006 #1 Advertisements Crina Li Guest Hi Chester, Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup. I am sorry for the delayed response due to weekend. Please understand that the newsgroups are staffed weekdays by Microsoft Support professionals to answer your systems and applications questions. Your understanding is greatly appreciated! From your description, do you mean you got error when you access RWW from a client computer or when you connect to a computer via RWW? To narrow down the problem, would you please help me collect the following information? 1. Does the situation occur when you access RWW from internal network or Internet? 2. Does the situation occur only on one computer? 3. Does the situation occur if you access RWW from internal network? Currently, please try the following steps: 1. Restart the server and all client workstation to see how thing goes. 2. If you have hardware router in front of the SBS server, please make sure TCP port 4125 is forwarded to the SBS server. 3. Disable Pop-up Blocker. In Internet Explorer on the workstation you are connecting from, go to Tools, Internet Options, then click on the Privacy tab, remove the check for Block pop-ups. And then test whether the problem persists. 4. Please try to clear I'm using a public or shared computer on RWW logon page and then logon to see if it helps. 5. This issue can also occur if you are connecting from an Internet computer and you
