When I run syntethics like AIDA only FPU or prime my CPU never goes over 82c on the hottest core. If I run prime for a while and cpu over than I reboot, bios beeps a lot and than says CPU overtemperature. What does it means? Why it says nothing when I'm on windows and the synthetics works without problem and than when I reboot bios give me the overtemperature error? Thanks. sblantipodi, Oct 9, 2014 sblantipodi, Oct 9, 2014 #1 Oct 9, 2014 #2 Riddlinkidstoner [H]ardness Supreme Messages: 4,144 Joined: Aug 12, 2006 Have you checked to see if there is a CPU temp warning cpu over temperature in the bios? There is only the CPU over temperature error that happen on a reboot after prime. Once the error is given, if I press F1 as suggested I enter the BIOS and the temperature are completely normal. sblantipodi, Oct 9, 2014 sblantipodi, Oct 9, 2014 #3 Oct 9, 2014 #4 Prod1702 [H]Lite Messages: 119 Joined: Jan 13, 2005 isn't 82c kinda high?
