I put, I receive the same message "Invalid Credit Card information"I already tried 4 credit cards, no one worked, and I use those cards for other stuff with no issue, I'm used to buy stuff online with credit card

PSN rejects many payment cards that are valid elsewhere for a number of reasons. It is not an accident. It is completely intentional. If the billing addresses of the cards do not match the registered home address of your PSN account, then there is no chance that PSN will accept them. PSN also rejects international credit cards, most debit cards, cards from online banks that have not verified your billing address with postal mail, cards from banks that don't support the AVS address verification protocol; and several other more obscure reasons. If your card does not work, then you have to use another form of payment. PlayStation customer support cannot make PSN accept your card. What he told me is that this has been brought up to SCEA before and many many people are affected, but because they don't view the group as large enought to fix it. To quote, "this is not a priority" I was told it is not currently being worked on and not to expect anything to be fixed anytime soon.Customer support will tell you to check your address, check you name, wait 48 hours in case you are locked out (they cant tell whether you are or not), and then ultimately they will tell you you HAVE to buy PSN cards or just buy nothing.Hopefully this saves you some time, Get your Portable ID! " or the error on the console "E-82000171"And I know that you were able to purchase stuff before basically it happens if you stop purchasing stuff on PSN for a long timeNo matter how you trying to buy it via credit card/PayPal /redeem code/adding funds and it's still not allow you, and you 100 percent sure that you edit your information not valid 2016 correct you need to knowthat your account was temporary blocked by Sony security system, no need to freak out it normalThe explanation for this is simple you were editing too much times the payment method information that's why PSN block your account for some security reasons maybe they think you're trying to edit a stolen credit card or PayPalBut if you're new to Sony and you have this error you need to check your billing information if its own credit card and you need to edit it correct you need to edit your full address on the first line with the house number try different typing methodsAnd now the solution for this problem the block timer is about 24 hours too a week you need to know something each time you tried to buy something and the error showed up the timer resets itself to another 24 hours or moreWhat you need to do to fix itfirst of all make sure your edit your credit card information and billing address correct has Sony wants itIf using PayPal make sure to edit the email address and the password correctSecond part is the most boring I recommend to wait a week before next purchaseAnd then you will be able to purchase stuf
