It runs fine in CR10, but in CIC 2.3.1 Interaction Client, I get Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. You have attempted http://community.inin.com/forums/showthread.php?3359-quot-536-error-You-have-attempted-to-log-on-using-incomplete-or-incorrect-log-on-paramet to log on using incomplete or incorrect log on parameters. Error code (536) The report verifies OK. I tried it both as "IC Report" and "User Crystal Report" with the same error. In the past, I've created other reports from CR10 for CIC 2.3.1 without problems, but they used real tables as sources. If nothing else, is there a way to troubleshoot this with more detail? I don't see anything in Trace Viewer under I3Client. I read these, but they don't help. http://community.inin.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3219 http://community.inin.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2363 The SQL commands are here. Please note it's not a server-side stored procedure. Make sure user has full rights to the network folder where the Lynx data files reside. Try using the data from the localC:\drive to verify. crystal report error This comes upoccasionallyafter doing a fresh install of Lynx. Here are the facts so far: 1. Doesn't seem to be related to the CR_Runtime.msi installer. I tried both version 2007 and 2009. Both worked on a Win 7 Pro 64bit 2. Doesn't seem to be related to the .REG files used in 64bit installs 3. Most likely has something to do with user's permissions, try logging in as an administrator and run Lynx, see if you get the same error.
