Solution Make sure the report directory is valid (you crystal report can find it in the Options, on the General tab). Try opening the folder to make sure that it is a valid and correct path - and change it if necessary. In some cases, merely opening crystal report error the folder will force Windows to enable the network resource. If it is possible, avoid using mapped network drives and instead use windows sharing protocol with the full computer share path.
