Unable to connect: incorrect log jose alsina Oct 28, 2010 9:57 PM Currently crystal report error load report failed Being Moderated HiI am getting the above error on a client's machine when executing the following codefor i := 0 crystal report error log to crpe.Subreports.Count - 1 do for j:=0 to crpe.Subreports.Tables.Count - 1 do crpe.Subreports.Tables[j].Path := path; crpe.Subreports[0]; {This line points the VCL back to the main Report} for i := 0 to crpe.Tables.Count https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/897023 - 1 do crpe.Tables.Path := path; The path and the tables exist. The above code also fails when connecting to a report with no subreports.I cannot see why it is given me incorrect log on parameters as they are just Paradox tables. On other machines it works just fine. I am distributing Crystal Reports 2008 SP3 runtime. I am using Delphi 2007 to run the reports.Any ideas? http://scn.sap.com/thread/1818929 4609Views Re: Error: 536 Error in File

CR 3.On 64bit OSs there is no HKey_Local_Machine\software\Business Objects folder in the registry 4. Re-run CR msi 5. Verify CR from application crpe32.dll,crqe.dll, crdb_p2bbde.dll should be 11.5.11.1470 536 Error Problem: You get a Crystal Reports Error:536 incorrect logon parameters after doing a fresh install of Lynx on a Win 7 Pro 64bit OS Solution: May be result of user rights. Make sure user has full rights to the network folder where the Lynx data files reside. Try using the data from the localC:\drive to verify. This comes upoccasionallyafter doing a fresh install of Lynx. Here are the facts so far: 1. Doesn't seem to be related to the CR_Runtime.msi installer. I tried both version 2007 and 2009. Both worked on a Win 7 Pro 64bit 2. Doesn't seem to be related to the .REG files used in 64bit installs 3. Most likely has something to do with user's permissions, try logging in as an administrator and run Lynx, see if you get the same error.
