If the most up to date information is important, you will need to connect to the data refresh the report. If this is not important and you just want to print out the data displayed on the report as is, which may not be the current data in the database then you might want to check your options in Crystal Reports. Depending on your version this information might be different, but you can check to see if Refresh data on every print.
