'failed to Export' from Crystal Report to PDF Blanca Diaz asked Sep 21, 2010 | Replies (4) Hi there, I'm trying to do a export from Crystal 8.5 to PDF and I'm getting the following error :failed to export" . I'm getting this error, regardless if I choose to export to a file or application. I've been doing some research and somebody told me that I have to look for the following file on my computer" crxf_pdf.dll" I found that file on these 2 places : C: windows\crystal and C: program files\common files\crystal decisions\2.0\ bin. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with these 2 files. I had uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat a couple of times. I also installed the latest update. Can anybody please help me? I really need to fix this problem. Join this group Best Answer Updated html error I ran into this same problem and the only thing that fixed it was the registering on 2 files. Yo

I have 300 other users running the same program the same way with the same permissions no issue. 0 Chipotle https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1370228-crystal-reports-cannot-export-to-pdf OP Best Answer Tom4137 Dec 31, 2015 at 8:47 UTC likely you have checked, but can you run something like the pdf viewer? And have you reinstall latest viewer again (think they average 4 a week heard of late), find this likely cause, then my second level guess would be install crystal again on that machine as appears machine specific - understand that you say user is admin - but have you attempted to run and get results on that machine, rephrasing in case I'm not getting what you said, higher level admin rights and different user profile can make difference in trouble shoot, at least my pov - just beating the around looking for most simple solution 0 Serrano OP Tommylotmanagement Dec 31, 2015 at 8:49 UTC Tom4137 wrote: likely you have checked, but can you run something like the pdf viewer?
