Try the many suggestions in that thread and see if it helps. If crystal report export to excel without merged cells if doesn't, comment the thread in order to make it visible that this common problem is affecting many people.And yes, I had not got a solution until now but others in the thread were able to solve their problem. Resolution This problem can be resolved by modifying the PATH environment variable for the computer.
