of the screen blinks and then gives these lights and then after 2-4 mins windows starts I am sick of this error some times itdoesn'tboot windows even after 4 mins ! I have a gt 630 video card but i don't think dell optiplex 760 specs thats the problem ! Any Suggestions would be highly appreciated ! If 1 2 3 LED's glow with Blue Power button, then ensure that all the hard drive dell optiplex 760 drivers and optical drive cables are properly connected to the system board. I have read differing reason as to why this happens from capacitors not discharging to a bad surge protector and iffy wall voltages. I believe you have to unplug it from everything in the system (motherboard and all), plug it in to power, and then hit the button.
